New India Restaurant – Aloo Matar

“Aloo Matar” is a dish from New India Restaurant that combines two of the best vegetables with Indian spices and herbs to make a very healthy meal.

A spicy tomato & onion blended sauce with herbs and spices are used to cook potatoes and peas in this dish from the Indian subcontinent. A vegetarian meal that everyone can enjoy is what we’re going to be having.
